Anon inquired: “Now that you have your own corner of the Boneyard, have you been back on your own?”
Yes. I have. All was as I left it. The new pyre will take some time because those bones were very fresh. There were no new bones for me to take care of. A large raven came and perched on my shoulder with such inertia, the force turned me around so I was facing away from the clearing.
The message was unmistakeable. “Not now. Come back later.”
So I bid the raven farewell. It left my shoulder and I left the boneyard.
Not much to write about, I know.
