Top Hat Spider eavesdropped on my screen again and noted I was reviewing lists of names again. “It really bothers you.”
I answered quickly. “Yes.”
“Very well, then. I shall accept whatever nom-de-plume your readers has agreed upon. However, I do ask that the chosen name be English in nature.”
“English… language, or English in origin?”
“Both.”
Okay. I prefer “Terence” for my own reasons, but Top Hat Spider opened the floor to y’all.
What would be a right and proper name for a 1920’s aristocratic gentleman from the British Isles?
